In September 2018, I sent two weeks assisting the American Red Cross public affairs team in North Carolina following Hurricane Florence. My main job was content gathering for both the American Red Cross and the Canadian Red Cross. Here are some of the pieces I wrote.

A colleague and I planned two live-stream webinars - one in English, one in French - featuring Canadian Red Cross aid workers. Moderated by a member of our Youth Advisory Committee, the panel discussion involved aid workers answering questions from the public via social media.
